Thank you to all the members of the Marine Corps League for being there when we need you the most. The MARINES HELPING MARINES program conducted visits twice a week without fail, often times bringing in Leaguers from other states. You organized numerous cookouts for the out patients ,bringing camaraderie and fun for everyone. Your generosity extended to providing catered meals on Christmas Day and New Year Day to the combat injured Marines and Sailors and their families which could not have come at a better time of the year. Your outward demonstrations of compassion and caring as well as the graciousness of all the volunteers is heartfelt by all.

Once again, I am truly grateful for your kindness. We can not accomplish our “MISSION”—That of assisting the injured with their recovery as effectively as we do without your continued support. Please know that your positive attitude and reinforcement of hope has forever changed the lives of all those with whom you came in contact .
